About Peter

As litigation counsel and advocate for the injured, Pete’s clients benefit from a unique blend of many years of experience and significant accomplishments. Pete is a graduate of Rutgers University where he obtained his Bachelors in Political Science, and he earned his Juris Doctor from Western New England University School of Law, Springfield, Massachusetts.

Managing serious injury cases from beginning to end has been Pete’s regular practice including car wrecks, motorcycle crashes, truck accidents, construction site injuries, (Labor Law), premises liability and general negligence cases. Pete has appeared before the New York State Supreme Court, Appellate Division, Fourth Department, Federal District Court, Northern District of New York, Court of Claims, and Courts throughout New Jersey. He has successfully completed trials, mediations and arbitrations with outstanding results, and as an effective negotiator, Pete has obtained numerous large settlements.

Prior to joining Stanley Law Offices, Pete was senior litigation counsel for another Central New York injury law firm for many years. Pete is also licensed in New Jersey and was engaged in private practice where he operated his own law firm. Pete’s professional memberships include the New York State Bar Association, New York State Trial Lawyers Association and Onondaga County Bar Association.

As an active community member, Pete volunteers his time with Fayetteville-Manlius athletics, and he has coached teams in the Fayetteville-Manlius Little League, Pop Warner and Youth basketball leagues. Pete has also volunteered his time at Immaculate Conception Parish, Fayetteville and Central New York Marian Center. Pete is the past parent representative to Le Moyne Dolphin Athletic Association (Women’s Lacrosse), and a former Business Law Adjunct Instructor at Cazenovia College.
