Albany, NY (June 12, 2025) – A man is hospitalized after a motorcycle crash on I-787 on Thursday night. The accident occurred at approximately 10 p.m. on the southbound side of the highway, near Exit 2.
Emergency services quickly responded to the scene, where the motorcyclist suffered serious leg injuries. He was transported to Albany Medical Center, where he is expected to recover from his injuries.
The crash prompted the temporary closure of the right shoulder of I-787 as police and firefighters worked to secure the area. Authorities are continuing to investigate the incident to determine the cause.
