Rochester, NY (April 25, 2025) – A serious multi-vehicle crash with injuries occurred Friday morning on Monroe Avenue near the I-490 ramp in Rochester, according to Monroe County emergency records.
The collision happened around 8:30 a.m., leading to an Advanced Life Support (ALS) response from Rochester Fire and Rescue. Several individuals sustained injuries requiring immediate medical attention, though officials have not yet confirmed the total number of people hurt or the severity of their injuries.
