Syracuse, NY (April 30, 2025) – One person was injured in a crash Wednesday afternoon at Grant Blvd and Hiawatha Blvd, according to local authorities.
The collision occurred around 3:10 p.m. at the intersection of Grant Boulevard and Hiawatha Boulevard in the Washington Square area. Emergency crews from the Syracuse police, fire department, and EMS responded to the scene and provided treatment. At least one individual was injured, though the extent of their condition has not been disclosed.
The intersection, located in a high-traffic area near both residential and industrial zones, saw delays as responders worked to stabilize the scene and manage traffic. Authorities have not yet released details on the number of vehicles involved or the cause of the crash.
