Jefferson County, NY – A crash on Interstate 81 on Thursday morning has left three individuals injured, including two children. The incident occurred when a vehicle veered off the road and collided with an overpass bridge.
According to the New York State Police, the driver, Dustin Reitz, aged 55 and from Theresa, was behind the wheel of a black 2015 Dodge traveling northbound on I-81.
