Seneca Falls, NY (April 12, 2025) – Four people were injured early Saturday morning in a two-car collision at the intersection of State Route 318 and Gravel Road, according to the Seneca Falls Police Department.
The crash occurred around 4:30 a.m. when a car travelling northbound on Gravel Road reportedly failed to yield and struck another car heading east on Route 318. The impact caused significant damage to the passenger side of the eastbound car.
Three passengers in that vehicle suffered serious but non-life-threatening injuries and were transported to Strong Hospital for treatment. The driver of the northbound car was taken to Auburn Hospital for evaluation.
Police later confirmed that the at-fault driver did not possess a valid driver’s license. They were issued citations for unlicensed operation and failure to yield the right of way.
The intersection was temporarily closed while emergency crews assisted those involved and cleared the scene.
