Rochester, NY (April 15, 2025) – A motor vehicle crash resulting in injuries occurred Tuesday afternoon at the intersection of Exchange Boulevard and East Broad Street, according to Monroe County emergency incident reports.
The incident prompted an Advanced Life Support (ALS) response, with paramedics providing immediate care on scene. Emergency personnel from Rochester Fire and EMS responded to assist the injured. Individuals received treatment at the scene before being transported for further evaluation.
Authorities have not confirmed how many vehicles were involved or the number of people injured. The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
