Rochester, NY (May 13, 2025) – A serious crash on the 700 block of West Main Street left one person injured Tuesday afternoon, according to Rochester authorities.
The incident occurred near 761 W Main St and required an Advanced Life Support (ALS) response. Paramedics treated the victim at the scene before transporting them to a nearby hospital. The extent of the injuries has not yet been released.
Traffic was temporarily restricted as police and EMS worked to manage the scene and begin an investigation. Officials have not confirmed how many vehicles were involved.
The cause of the crash remains under investigation. Authorities are examining whether speed, distraction, or other violations contributed to the incident.
