Rochester, NY – A 76-year-old woman was fatally struck by a vehicle Wednesday afternoon on Hillside Avenue near North Winton Road in Rochester. The victim has been identified as Cornelia Neer.
According to Rochester police, the crash occurred around 4:00 PM on March 26, 2025. Neer was struck by a car as the driver, a 17-year-old, was turning right onto South Winton Road.
Emergency responders arrived at the scene and performed life-saving measures before transporting Neer to Strong Memorial Hospital, where she later died from her injuries.
