Allegheny County, PA (April 13, 2025) – Two people were killed and two others injured in a multi-vehicle crash Sunday evening on Interstate 376 West, according to Pennsylvania State Police.
The incident occurred just before 7:30 p.m. between Exit 71A (Grant Street) and Exit 71B (Second Avenue). Troopers reported that a Chevrolet Silverado was traveling eastbound in the westbound lanes when it struck a Nissan Frontier head-on.
The driver of the Nissan was pronounced dead at the scene. The passenger in the Nissan was transported to a nearby hospital, where they later died. Two men in the Silverado were also transported to a hospital for medical treatment. Their conditions have not been released.
The investigation is being conducted by the Pennsylvania State Police with assistance from Collision Analysis and Reconstruction Specialists and Forensic Service Units.
