Cortlandville, NY (April 16, 2025) – A 39-year-old Endicott resident was hospitalized Wednesday morning after a rollover crash on Interstate 81 in the town of Cortlandville, New York State Police confirmed.
The incident occurred at approximately 6:41 a.m. when the driver’s four-door sedan slid on icy roadway conditions while traveling northbound. Authorities said the vehicle veered off the highway and overturned, landing on its driver’s side.
Emergency medical teams responded quickly, and the driver was transported by TLC ambulance to Guthrie Cortland Medical Center with non-life-threatening injuries. No other vehicles were involved in the crash.
Police are continuing to investigate the circumstances surrounding the collision and have attributed road conditions as a likely contributing factor.
