Littlestown, PA (October 15, 2025) – A tragic crash early Tuesday morning in Germany Township claimed the life of a 57-year-old Littlestown man, identified as Douglas Kicas.
The incident occurred around 5:12 a.m., 14th October, 2025, on Frederick Pike near the intersection of Georgetown Road and Kingsdale Road.
