Fairview, NY (April 10, 2025) – A two-vehicle crash in front of the Planet Fitness at 3675 Albany Post Road resulted in injuries Thursday afternoon, according to local authorities.

Emergency crews responded to the scene in the Roosevelt section of Fairview following multiple 911 calls reporting a possible entrapment. Upon arrival, responders confirmed that one vehicle occupant required assistance exiting the vehicle. Firefighters forcibly opened a door to free the individual.

Two people were evaluated and transported from the scene by Basic Life Support (BLS) ambulance to a nearby hospital. The conditions of the injured have not been released.

The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
