Fairview Township, PA (April 27, 2025) – Four individuals were hospitalized following a single-vehicle crash early Sunday morning in Fairview Township, according to the Chicora Volunteer Fire Department. The crash occurred around 2:00 a.m. near the intersection of Kittanning Pike and Chicora Road.
Officials stated that a black pickup truck overturned and came to rest on its side in the middle of Kittanning Pike.
Emergency crews responded swiftly to the scene, and all four occupants were transported to local hospitals for further treatment.
The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
