Greenburgh, NY (June 6, 2025) – A two-vehicle crash occurred on Interstate 87 northbound in the town of Greenburgh at approximately 8:25 a.m. on June 6, 2025, involving a marked New York State Police patrol vehicle and a Mercedes Benz.

According to the investigation, a State Trooper was attempting to initiate a traffic stop on a speeding vehicle when he lost control, veering into the middle lane and colliding with the rear of a Mercedes Benz driven by Natasha M. Murray, 49, of Westbury.

Both the driver of the Mercedes, Murray, and the Trooper were transported to Westchester Medical Center by emergency medical services for minor injuries.
