Single-Vehicle Crashes and Liability in Pennsylvania
Even in single-vehicle crashes, various factors, such as roadway hazards, vehicle defects, or mechanical failures, can contribute to a driver losing control. In such cases, victims’ families may have the right to seek compensation through insurance claims or wrongful death actions if negligence or unsafe conditions played a role. A Pennsylvania personal injury lawyer can investigate all potential causes and ensure that the victim’s loved ones receive the justice and support they deserve.
