The collision occurred around 2:54 p.m. on 17th October, 2025, prompting authorities to shut down a portion of Oswego Road for several hours as emergency crews responded to the scene. First responders requested an expedited ambulance transport upon arrival, citing the severity of the rider’s injuries.
