School Bus Accidents and Safety in New York
School bus collisions, even when minor, can result in serious trauma or delayed injuries for young passengers. New York law requires a thorough investigation of such crashes to determine liability, whether due to driver error, road conditions, or mechanical failure. Parents whose children are injured in bus-related crashes may be entitled to compensation for medical expenses, emotional distress, and other damages. Consulting a New York personal injury attorney can help ensure these rights are protected.
