Rochester, NY (April 23, 2025) – A serious car crash at the intersection of Alexander Street and East Main Street in Rochester left at least one person with critical injuries on Wednesday, according to Monroe County emergency services.
The incident, recorded under case number ROCE2511202759, prompted an Advanced Life Support (ALS) response, indicating the injuries sustained were severe and required urgent medical intervention. Paramedics administered care at the scene before transporting the injured to a nearby trauma center.
The crash occurred near downtown Rochester at a busy intersection. The number of vehicles involved and the cause of the collision have not yet been disclosed.
