Rochester, NY (May 4, 2025) – A crash with serious injuries occurred Sunday evening at the intersection of Wendell Street and Webster Avenue, according to local authorities.
The incident was reported as requiring an Advanced Life Support (ALS) response, indicating at least one victim suffered trauma severe enough to warrant critical care. Emergency crews from the Rochester Fire Department and Monroe County EMS responded quickly and transported at least one person to a nearby trauma center.
Traffic was temporarily blocked at the intersection as medical teams provided on-scene care and police began their investigation. The cause of the crash remains under review, and officials have not yet confirmed the number of vehicles involved.
