Plattsburgh, NY (September 21, 2025) – A fatal motorcycle collision occurred Friday evening, 19th September, 2025, in downtown Plattsburgh when a 2006 Honda motorcycle, operated by 21-year-old Ronnie Gamble III of Peru, collided with a 2018 Chevrolet Silverado pickup truck. The incident happened around 8:20 p.m. at a busy intersection.
Emergency responders transported Gamble to the University of Vermont Health Network CVPH, where he was pronounced deceased. The driver of the Chevrolet pickup, a 27-year-old man, was not injured and was released from the scene.
Plattsburgh City Police are investigating the circumstances of the crash, including potential contributing factors such as right-of-way violations, traffic conditions, and visibility at the intersection.
