Syracuse, NY (May 5, 2025) – A multi-vehicle crash with injuries occurred Monday afternoon on Brighton Avenue between Midland Avenue and Hope Avenue, according to local authorities.
The incident was reported around 3:20 p.m., prompting an emergency response from Syracuse Fire and EMS. Multiple individuals were injured and transported to local hospitals for further treatment. The extent of injuries has not yet been confirmed.
At least one vehicle sustained visible damage, and debris was scattered across both eastbound and westbound lanes. Brighton Ave was temporarily closed while responders secured the scene and launched an investigation.
Police are still determining the cause of the crash and have not released the identities of those involved.
