Syracuse, NY (May 30, 2025) – A vehicle collision on May 30, 2025, at the intersection of Factory Ave and Lemoyne Ave in the town of Salina led to injuries, with one individual being transported to the hospital. The incident occurred at approximately 2:59 p.m., prompting a swift response from State Police.
According to the investigation, 67-year-old Rickey Belcamino of Syracuse was driving a 2004 Dodge pickup truck southbound on Factory Ave when he ran a red light and collided with a 2009 Harley Davidson motorcycle traveling westbound on Lemoyne Ave. The motorcycle, operated by 35-year-old Michael Lembo of Syracuse, was struck, causing a passenger on the motorcycle, 23-year-old Rebecca Woodcock, also from Syracuse, to be ejected. Woodcock was thrown into a stopped 2018 Dodge SUV, driven by 71-year-old Gregory Pacicca of Solvay.
Woodcock, who was unconscious, was transported by ambulance to Upstate Hospital. Fortunately, no other injuries were reported. Belcamino was issued a ticket for Failure to Obey a Traffic Control Device in relation to the incident.
