Three Hospitalized in Motor Vehicle Collision

Van Cortlandt Village, NY (September 29, 2025) – Three people were hospitalized Saturday morning following a motor vehicle collision at the intersection of West Gun Hill Road and Mosholu Parkway on the border of Norwood and Van Cortlandt Village.

The FDNY reported that emergency services responded to the scene around 8:37 a.m., 27th September 2025, finding multiple vehicles with extensive damage. EMS transported three injured individuals to local hospitals, two to St. Barnabas Hospital and one to Montefiore Medical Center. The current conditions of the patients have not been disclosed.

Police and emergency responders closed portions of the roadway temporarily while the crash was investigated and the scene was cleared. Authorities are working to determine the cause of the collision.
