East Manchester Township, PA – Head-On Crash on Willow Springs Lane Sends Two to Hospital

East Manchester Township, PA (November 7, 2025) – A head-on crash on Willow Springs Lane near Bartlett Drive in East Manchester Township resulted in two injuries on Friday morning. The accident occurred around 6:45 a.m. in the 400 block of Willow Springs Lane.

Rescue crews responded promptly, freeing one of the trapped drivers, who was then transported to the hospital. The extent of their injuries has not been released, but both drivers involved were taken to the hospital for evaluation and treatment.

Crews cleared the scene quickly, and traffic was restored to normal. The York County Regional Police Department is currently investigating the cause of the crash. Authorities have not yet provided further details on the incident.
