Somerset County, PA (November 4, 2025) – Michael Foor, a 51-year-old man from New Baltimore, was killed in a three-vehicle collision early Tuesday morning in Allegheny Township, according to the Pennsylvania State Police.
Troopers said the crash occurred around 5:45 a.m. on 4th Nov, 2025, near the intersection of Route 31 (Glades Pike) and Wambaugh Hollow Road. Foor was a passenger in a vehicle driven by a 72-year-old Berlin man, who was attempting to turn onto Route 31 when another driver rear-ended their vehicle.
The impact propelled the vehicle into the eastbound lane, where it was struck by a third car, according to investigators. Foor was pronounced dead at the scene. Authorities have not released additional details about the other drivers involved or whether any charges will be filed.
