Middleville, NY (November 5, 2025)New York State Police are investigating a cement truck rollover that took place on Summit Road in Middleville on Wednesday afternoon.

According to authorities, the cement truck was traveling up a hill when its brakes failed, causing the driver to lose control. The truck ended up in a ditch near the top of the hill, just before entering the village.

Fortunately, the driver was able to walk away unharmed, but the incident caused a traffic slowdown in the area as emergency crews and police worked at the scene.
