The crash occurred around 8:00 p.m., south of Exit 11 near Round Lake on the southbound lanes of the Northway (I-87). Authorities have not released the name of the deceased at this time.

State Police confirm the collision involved at least one vehicle, and emergency crews quickly responded to the scene. All southbound lanes between Exit 11 and Exit 10 were closed for several hours as troopers investigated the cause of the crash.
