Fulton County, NY (June 23, 2025) – One person is dead following an incident on Sacandaga Lake Monday evening, according to the Fulton County Sheriff’s Office.
Authorities responded to the scene at approximately 6:15 p.m. Multiple agencies assisted, including the New York State Police Dive Team, Saratoga County Sheriff’s Office, the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation, and several local fire departments.
Officials have confirmed that the incident was fatal, though the identity of the deceased has not yet been released pending notification of next of kin.
