Motorcycle Accidents in New York

Motorcycle crashes in Upstate New York are common on high-risk corridors such as Route 20, Interstate 81, and Erie Boulevard, where fast traffic and limited visibility create constant danger for riders. Without the protection of a vehicle frame, even minor collisions can lead to severe outcomes. Many crashes happen when drivers fail to check blind spots, ignore motorcycles at intersections, or make sudden lane changes. Riders often suffer road rash, broken bones, or head injuries, even when wearing proper safety gear. Because motorcyclists are often unfairly blamed or misunderstood by insurance adjusters, working with an experienced New York motorcycle accident lawyer can help ensure your side of the story is heard and your injuries are taken seriously.

Our legal team at Stanley Law Offices represents injured motorcyclists across Upstate New York, helping them recover from serious crashes caused by careless drivers. Attorney Joe Stanley understands the unique risks riders face and knows how to advocate for the compensation they deserve.
