Pedestrian Injuries in Multi-Vehicle Crashes
When a pedestrian is struck during a multi-vehicle collision, liability can fall on one or multiple drivers depending on how the chain of events unfolded. These crashes often produce complex insurance questions, especially when several parties share fault. Injured pedestrians may be entitled to damages for medical care, lost wages, and long-term pain or mobility issues. An attorney can help gather evidence early, analyze traffic footage, and protect the victim’s rights throughout the claims process.
