Staten Island, NY (May 28, 2025) – A vehicle crash resulted in injuries Wednesday afternoon in the residential area of Heartland Village, specifically at the intersection of Essex Dr and Daniella Ct.
Witnesses reported hearing a loud crash as two vehicles collided near the intersection, with one vehicle coming to rest partially on the sidewalk. Nearby residents rushed outside after the impact and observed the occupants in distress.
Heartland Village Fire and Rescue crews responded quickly, providing medical assistance to the injured. Several individuals were evaluated at the scene, and at least one person was transported to a local medical facility for further care. The injuries were described as non-life-threatening, though significant enough to require medical attention.
