Collisions With Entrapment in Pennsylvania
Crashes involving entrapment often signal significant force on impact, increasing the risk of internal trauma, fractures, and long-term complications. In Pennsylvania, injured victims may pursue claims for medical costs, lost income, and other damages when another driver’s negligence contributes to a collision. Early evidence collection photos, witness statements, and scene reports are critical to protecting those rights.
