Information is available and important
No one expects to be in a situation where they’re dealing with a personal injury. So when the time comes, preparation obviously is key. Gathering information is vital. Get good legal advice, and decide on your course of action.
In this day and age
In this day and age, information is important and being able to document things is critical. Everybody’s cynical about everything. So I think that if you have any questions, you’re unsure about anything, you should call and find out what you should do, what you can do, what your rights are.
And people are going to expect that anyways. So it’s not even a question. They’re going to say, well, why didn’t you call a lawyer? Why didn’t you take this picture? Or why didn’t you talk to this person?
So I think if you are involved in any kind of a significant situation where you’re hurt, you have a permanent disability and it prevents you from doing a lot of things in your life, you really should get advice about what you should do and how you should proceed.
Hopefully with the weekly Question & Answer calls that I take on different radio stations across the markets we serve, people are better informed. They know that they need to gather that information. They know that they need to pick up the phone and they know that they need to be better prepared for taking care of their health moving forward.
