Question: Joe, in your business and how you help people, it’s critical to have information and to have it as quickly as possible. Information has a way of getting muddied waters over time, if you will. Why is it important to make the first call to your office or to an attorney as soon as an accident has happened?
Joe: Well, I think if you’ve watched TV ads there are lawyers telling you to call right away. The reason that they are telling you to call right way is that information is a fleeting source. If you have a fall, a car crash, if you hurt on a construction site or hurt at work. The information that is available decreases daily. Medical documentation, documenting witnessed, scientifically evaluating claims, they all become important and they are all critical. The most important thing is to take care of your self first and the legal issues will come later.
