Joe: Knowing and figuring it out are two different things because I think that an ounce prevention is always worth a pound of cure. If you have any kind of substantial injury where you are going to suffer a medical or wage loss, you need to investigate the circumstances of your injury to protect you and your family. It’s not really about whether you have a case, it’s really what your rights?  What do I need to do to protect myself? How do I go forward because there isn’t anybody tripping over their feet to come to you with assistance? If you’re in a situation where you have any kind of significant medical or wage loss resulting of any kind of an event, you should talk to a lawyer, that’s what we do, we give free advice, it’s free, you get to talk and you’ll figure out what your rights are and what you can do.
