Question: Joe, marketing can be a good thing and it can also be a challenge, as you spoke last week, with respect to insurance companies. Almost making an injured person, who has a legitimate injury and a legitimate case, look suspect when it is time to settle the case and the injured person’ well being. Why is education so important as a result? Why is it always a piece of the marketing that you yourself do for the firm?
Joe: Education is important for anything. In today’s area, in today’s age, we want to have information because consumers want to know. They want to educate themselves. They want to use the Internet. They want to use friends, family to figure out what’s going on. What’s important to them and I think our job is to give them that information. To help them understand some things that might be complicated. Things that are difficult to understand or put the pieces together. You learn a little bit on the Internet, you learn a little bit here. It is important for them to know and understand how this legal system works. Where we are going and what it really means to everyone as a community.
