York County, PA (November 4, 2025) – A beer truck crash in Hopewell Township, York County, left the driver with non-life-threatening injuries after the vehicle collided with a concrete barrier and caught fire on Barrens Road early Tuesday morning.
Emergency crews arrived around 8:50 a.m. to find the truck ablaze, with the engine compartment fully engulfed in flames. Thanks to the quick actions of bystanders, the driver was pulled from the vehicle before EMS arrived at the scene, according to the Eureka Volunteer Fire Department.
The injured driver was treated at the scene by EMS personnel before being transported to a local trauma center for further care. Firefighters quickly extinguished the fire in the truck. No other individuals were injured in the incident.
