Syracuse, NY (August 17, 2025) – Syracuse Police are investigating a collision between a car and a motorcycle that occurred Sunday night at the intersection of Lodi and Kirkpatrick Streets, near the CNY Central station on James Street.

According to authorities, the motorcyclist, a man in his thirties, rear-ended the car involved in the crash. He was transported to Upstate University Hospital for treatment. The current condition of the rider has not been publicly released.

Police are continuing to investigate the circumstances of the crash to determine contributing factors and the extent of damages. Traffic in the area was temporarily affected as emergency responders cleared the scene.
