Catskill, NY (September 13, 2025) – A 36-year-old Catskill woman died Saturday night following a single-car crash into a tree on Bogart Road in Greene County. The Greene County Sheriff’s Office is actively investigating the fatal incident.

Deputies responded at 10:49 p.m. on September 13 to Bogart Road. An investigation determined the woman was driving her 2018 GMC Sierra truck northbound. The vehicle drifted off the west shoulder of the road and subsequently struck a tree.

The Catskill woman was pronounced dead at the scene. The fatal crash remains under investigation by the Greene County Sheriff’s Office.
