What to Know After a Run-Off-Road Crash
Run-off-road collisions often involve factors such as distraction, fatigue, speeding, or unsafe road conditions. Even when only one vehicle is involved, injured drivers or passengers may still have valid claims, especially if hazardous roadway conditions, negligent maintenance, or defective vehicle parts contributed to the crash. Early documentation, police reports, and photographs can make a significant difference in determining fault and preserving rights.
