Buffalo, NY (September 9, 2025) – A Buffalo man was arrested for Driving While Intoxicated (DWI) following a two-vehicle crash on Sunday night at the intersection of Bailey Avenue and Genesee Street.

According to Buffalo Police, Nathaniel Graham, 52, was charged with two counts of DWI in connection with the incident. The crash involved a church van carrying several children, along with another vehicle.

The accident occurred shortly after 9:00 p.m. on 7th September 2025, prompting a rapid response from police and Buffalo Fire Department personnel, who assisted at the scene and ensured the safety of all occupants. No serious injuries have been reported at this time.
