Bronx, NY (September 8, 2025) – A man was struck and killed in a deadly hit-and-run collision early Sunday morning near the Major Deegan Expressway and Mosholu Parkway.
The crash occurred just after 2 a.m.on 7th September, 2025, when a 30-year-old man was found unconscious in the roadway with trauma to his head and body. First responders transported the victim to Saint Barnabas Hospital, where he was later pronounced deceased.
No arrests have been made, and authorities have not yet released a description of the vehicle involved. Police are investigating the circumstances leading up to the fatal crash and what the victim was doing in the roadway at the time.
