Watertown, NY (October 3, 2025) – Jennika D. Hamm, 24, of Watertown, was cited by police after causing a two-vehicle collision at the intersection of Michigan Avenue and Columbia Street on Tuesday morning.
Watertown Police said Hamm was driving a 2025 Honda SUV southbound on Michigan Avenue around 8:12 a.m. September 1, 2025, when she failed to stop at a stop sign, colliding with a 2017 Ford operated by 29-year-old Paiton I. Hinman, traveling west on Columbia Street.
No injuries were reported among the two drivers or an 8-year-old passenger in Hamm’s vehicle. Emergency responders, including Watertown city firefighters and Guilfoyle Ambulance, assisted at the scene.
The 2025 Honda was towed by Pro Towing. Hamm is scheduled to appear in City Court at a later date.
