Watertown, NY – LaFargeville Man, 29, Injured in Motorcycle Crash on Arsenal Street

Watertown, NY (August 25, 2025) – A 29-year-old man from LaFargeville was injured in a motorcycle crash on Arsenal Street in the town of Watertown Monday afternoon. The crash occurred around 4:20 p.m. at the intersection of County Route 202.

According to state police, a 73-year-old driver, Katrina Graves of Philadelphia, was making a left turn from Arsenal Street onto County Route 202 when she failed to see the Harley-Davidson motorcycle driven by Shane Rhone.

Rhone was transported to Samaritan Medical Center in Watertown with non-life-threatening injuries. Graves was issued a traffic ticket following the crash.

The investigation is ongoing, and authorities are reviewing the circumstances surrounding the incident.
