Falls Township, PA (October 29, 2025) – A 38-year-old man from Trenton, NJ, was struck and killed early Tuesday morning on 28th October, 2025, after he exited his vehicle following a crash on Route 1 in Falls Township, police said.
Around 2:25 a.m., Falls Township Police responded to reports of a crash on Route 1 just north of the US Route 13 overpass. According to police, the driver of a black Cadillac lost control of the vehicle, struck the concrete lane divider, and came to rest in the middle of the highway. The passenger in the car exited and moved to the right shoulder for safety.
Unfortunately, the driver of the Cadillac, a 38-year-old man, left the car and was struck by a Lexus ES3, driven by a 30-year-old man from Trenton, NJ. The impact caused the driver to suffer critical injuries, and he was taken to Capitol Health Trenton, where he later succumbed to his injuries.
The Lexus driver did not require medical treatment, while the passenger of the Cadillac was treated for minor injuries.
Police have not yet confirmed whether alcohol or drugs played a role in the accident, and the investigation remains ongoing.
