Your Rights After a Fatal Truck Accident
Fatal accidents involving commercial trucks, such as tri-axle vehicles, can lead to complex legal challenges for the surviving family members. Pennsylvania law allows family members to pursue wrongful death claims, ensuring they are compensated for funeral costs, lost wages, and emotional trauma. Consulting a Pennsylvania personal injury attorney can help handle the aftermath of such accidents, especially when insurance companies try to minimize compensation.
