Fatal Single-Vehicle Crashes in New York

Even in single-vehicle accidents, determining liability can be complex. Factors such as road conditions, vehicle defects, or third-party negligence (like another driver forcing evasive action) may play a role. Families of victims may have grounds for a wrongful death claim to recover compensation for funeral costs, lost financial support, and emotional suffering. Consulting a skilled New York single-vehicle accident lawyer can help uncover contributing factors and protect a family’s right to justice.
