Altoona, PA (September 5, 2025) – Michael Mortimer, 35, of Altoona, tragically died in a vehicle crash early Friday morning on the 300 block of East Pleasant Valley Boulevard near East Street.
The crash, reported at approximately 12:33 a.m., involved a vehicle colliding with a structure, causing blunt force injuries that proved fatal. Altoona firefighters confirmed the death at the scene, and emergency responders worked to secure the area.
