Understanding Motorcycle Accident Liability
Motorcycle accidents often result in severe or fatal injuries, and determining fault is crucial in securing justice for the victim’s family. In New York, drivers are required to exercise due caution at intersections, and failure to yield or stop at a traffic control device can lead to devastating outcomes.
Families affected by fatal motorcycle crashes may pursue a wrongful death claim to recover compensation for medical costs, funeral expenses, and emotional suffering. Consulting an experienced New York personal injury attorney can help ensure that an independent investigation is conducted and that the rights of the victim’s family are protected.
